VVUHSD and Hook Junior High want to ensure that we are providing resources to those families who may need them. In an effort to collect this information, we are asking that our families complete the following Housing Questionnaire which helps us to identify those students who may need support. Please complete the questionnaire for ALL of your students within the district. You can use this one form. Thank you in advance for completing the questionnaire so that we are able to continue serving our community.

Time: 2:55pm – 3:55pm
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

 English Language Arts & History

Tutoring is available for both 7th and 8th grade students with our amazing teachers.
Check the schedule for subjects, teachers, and room numbers.
